What it does to your page and your visitors

• It runs entirely in your visitor’s browser. No figure they type is sent anywhere, including to us.
• It makes no network request after it loads. No analytics, no cookies, no pixels, no fonts fetched from a third party.
• It carries no advertising and no upsell. We do not sell payroll software, so the calculator has nothing to steer anyone towards.
• It is one iframe. It cannot reach into your page, change your layout or read anything on it.

The one condition

Leave the attribution link at the foot of the widget in place. That link is what pays for the calculator being free and correct — the figures behind it are re-verified against CRA guide T4127 and each jurisdiction’s own tax page, and the engine carries 1,264 automated checks. Removing it, or reframing the widget without it, ends the licence.

Keeping it current

Canadian payroll figures are re-indexed every January, and seven jurisdictions have a minimum wage change already scheduled. The embed updates itself — you are loading the live widget, not a copy — so nothing on your side needs doing. If you want to know when a figure moves, the rate-change list below is the same one we use to decide when to republish.
